About the work: 6 willow and graphite works on Japanese paper. This is part of an ongoing international series of works on paper begun in 2002 that questions our need to know, to demarcate, to create certitude. Using marks, signs and textures found on or near the ground in Cologne, Berlin and Hong Kong, these six works draw attention to our (im)permanence and how we move through our (dis)connected lives.
